It usually takes us 7 days to complete a project. However, for exceptionally large orders involving several thousand pieces, we may require additional time to finish production.

Pricing depends on several factors, including quantity, printing method, number of colors in the design (for screen printing), and the number of print locations, such as front only or front and back.
As a general rule, the fewer colors your design has, especially if they are solid colors and the larger the order quantity, the lower the cost per item.
For embroidery, pricing is mainly based on stitch count and design complexity. Dense, highly detailed designs typically cost more than simple designs with thin lines and less stitching.

Absolutely, we do offer shipping. Free shipping is available on orders of $200 and above across the U.S. mainland*.
Our free shipping option is via UPS Ground, and all orders are shipped from Los Angeles, California. Depending on your location, delivery may take anywhere from next day delivery in nearby Los Angeles areas up to 5 business days for states such as New York or Florida.
We also offer expedited UPS shipping options if faster delivery is needed.
*U.S. mainland excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military bases, and other remote locations. Shipping to these areas will be charged separately.
